At The Tarot Vibes, each reading is prepared with care, time, and personal attention. Due to the customized nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy.
Personalized Services
All tarot readings and spiritual guidance services are individually created and delivered specifically for each client. As a result, all purchases are considered final.
No Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available once:
- A reading has been started.
- A reading has been completed.
- A recorded video has been delivered.
- Preparation and interpretation work has begun.
Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Dissatisfaction with the interpretation or message received.
- Expectations of specific outcomes or predictions.
- Personal decisions made based on a reading.
Tarot readings are intended for guidance, reflection, and entertainment purposes and do not guarantee particular results.
Duplicate Payments
In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded promptly.
Delivery Issues
If you experience problems receiving your reading due to technical issues or incorrect delivery, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your reading is successfully delivered.
Exceptional Circumstances
The Tarot Vibes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer a refund or credit in exceptional situations.
